In our first few sessions, we get a better picture of what is actually happening in your daily eating, why you make the choices you do, how you feel about your relationship with food, and what triggers impact your choices.

Then we get to the work of unlearning food myths, noticing and changing black and white thinking, removing guilt and shame as directors of your food choices, and understand how these thoughts sabatoge your goals. We  will change the way you think about food and focus on how you eat rather than what you eat.

This tested and sucessful program opens the door to mindfulness, connection with hunger and fullness, and aligns appetite and satiety to your bodies natural rythyms making it easeful to know what and how much to eat. You will no longer be locked in by external rules and structures, but instead have within you a barometer that will work properly so you can freely eat and stop at the right time.
